Review a preview with your business in it.

We build a preview of your website using your content. For the WhatsApp package, we also agree the FAQs the assistant can answer, the details it collects and when it hands over to your team, and you link your business WhatsApp to the assistant by scanning a QR code on a phone that stays switched on and connected.

Approve, test and go live.

We make the agreed revisions, check the enquiry form, test the assistant's answers and handover with you, and publish after your approval. You get the files and the details you need to manage what we've built.

What does each package include?

Website Build (US$399 one-time + US$50/month for website hosting) is one business page covering your services, business information and contact details, a layout adapted for phones and desktop, one working enquiry form, up to two rounds of revisions, domain connection and hosting setup, and your website files at handover. It does not include the WhatsApp AI assistant. Website + WhatsApp AI (US$499 one-time setup + US$150/month for website hosting and the WhatsApp AI assistant service) includes everything in Website Build, plus a WhatsApp contact widget or button on your website and an AI assistant that handles incoming WhatsApp enquiries, answers from your approved FAQs and website information, collects relevant enquiry details and hands over to your staff when a person is needed.

How does the assistant use my FAQs and website information?

We agree a set of common questions and answers with you, and use the information on your website. The assistant answers from that approved information only. You review the answers before it goes live, and you tell us when your prices, hours or services change.

What happens when it can't answer?

It's set up to pass the conversation to your staff rather than guess. That includes questions outside your approved information, answers it isn't sure about, and any customer who asks for a person. Prices, commitments and exceptions need clear rules, which we agree with you during setup.

How does handover to my team work?

We set it up with you. The intended options are replying through WhatsApp Web, or an email notification with a summary of the enquiry. If you choose email, it's a notification: your staff then reply to the customer from your business's WhatsApp. We confirm which option suits your WhatsApp setup before we start.

What's one-time and what's monthly?

Website Build is US$399 one-time, then US$50/month for website hosting. Website + WhatsApp AI is US$499 one-time setup, then US$150/month for website hosting plus the WhatsApp AI assistant service. The one-time amount is never the full ongoing price. For the WhatsApp package, AI reply usage is paid separately from a prepaid balance you top up. Domain registration and other paid third-party services are separate. We confirm all costs in writing before work starts.

How are AI replies paid for? Are there WhatsApp messaging fees?

AI reply usage is paid from a prepaid balance that you top up. There are no separate WhatsApp messaging fees, because the assistant connects to your business's existing WhatsApp rather than a separate paid messaging service. Your US$150/month covers website hosting and the assistant service itself.

Do I need my own domain and hosting?

You can use a domain you already own, or we can help you choose one. Register it in your own account and pay the registrar directly for registration and renewals. We handle domain connection and hosting setup as part of the build, and can show you a preview before the domain is connected. Ongoing website hosting is included in the monthly fee of either package.

What do I need to provide?

Your business information, the services you offer, contact details, your logo and any photos you'd like to use, and access to connect your domain. For the WhatsApp package, also the common questions customers ask with the answers you approve, the details you'd like collected and who on your team takes over. During setup you also link your business WhatsApp to the assistant by scanning a QR code (like linking WhatsApp Web), using a phone that stays switched on and connected to the internet, and you add funds to the prepaid balance used for AI replies. We'll tell you exactly what's needed.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. Share your current website in the form. We'll use what works, tidy up the rest and agree the content with you. The website files are yours at handover.
