Here's what happens around the work.
One business page with your services, business information and one enquiry form, adapted for phones and desktop. It includes up to two rounds of revisions, domain connection, hosting setup and the website files at handover. We agree the page content before starting. Extra pages, ecommerce, logins and custom applications are quoted separately.
You can use a domain you already own, or we can help you choose one. Register it in your own account and pay the registrar directly for registration and renewals. We can build a preview before the domain is connected. Hosting setup is included in the website package; we use an appropriate free plan where it fits, and quote any paid hosting or form services before proceeding.
The first-draft window starts when we have the agreed business information, copy, logo and images. We'll tell you what's needed. Your site goes live after you approve it and the domain setup is ready. Bot and follow-up projects have their own agreed timelines.
We scope it around your approved business information and common questions. It should pass uncertainty and requests outside its scope to your team. Prices, commitments and exceptions need clear rules. Setup, testing, usage limits and any recurring costs are agreed for your project.
The website package includes two review rounds before handover. Later edits and ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately. You own the website files and the accounts used to host it, so you can choose who helps you next. Any support included with a bot or follow-up project is set out in its quote.
